Yes, if your M-Pesa number is Kenyan. Qityol pays out via IntaSend's M-Pesa B2C, which sends to Safaricom and Airtel numbers in Kenya — no US or European bank account needed. Authors elsewhere in East Africa can still publish and sell; we settle those by hand while we add a rail that covers more countries.
Amazon KDP has documented payment failures for Nigerian and Kenyan authors, account terminations without appeal, and the Kindle app is not downloadable in some African countries. Payment is limited to bank wire transfers, which excludes creators without international bank access.

Yes. Qityol supports ebooks and audiobooks in any language. There is no restriction on publishing in Swahili, Yoruba, Amharic, Zulu, Igbo, Shona, or other African languages. This is a market segment that Amazon KDP does not seriously serve.
